By accessing or using LeadFlow AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeadFlow AI provides AI-powered lead capture, qualification, appointment booking, and follow-up automation for local service businesses. The Service includes web-based software, AI receptionist functionality, and related features as described on our website.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

• Plans are billed monthly at the rate shown at the time of purchase
• A one-time setup fee applies to new accounts based on the selected plan
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

5. AI Customization and Setup

The setup process involves training the AI on your business services, pricing, FAQs, and processes. You are responsible for providing accurate information. We will make reasonable efforts to complete setup within 48 hours of receiving all necessary information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the AI systems
• Use the Service to send spam, fraudulent, or deceptive communications
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
• Access or attempt to access other users' data without authorization

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all customer data, lead information, and business content you provide. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data. We use your data only to provide and improve the Service.

8. Service Limitations

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The AI system may occasionally make errors; you are responsible for monitoring its performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases, and your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legal obligations require otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
